Work Wear With A Twist: Vintage Perfect

Having trouble finding pin-up dresses that are also work appropriate? Well, look no farther. Here are 5 adorable outfits with enough coverage for the office, but enough style for Joan Holloway herself.

The Joanie Dress from Pinup Couture (pictured above) is available in multiple colors including black, rose, rust, and green. It is also available up to a size 2x for curvier girls. Though the tight-fitting wiggle style sexes up this selection, it is by no means slinky. In fact, the 3/4 sleeves make it appropriate even throughout the winter months.

The classic Pencil Skirt from Switchblade Stiletto. Pencil skirts with true vintage high waists are difficult to come by, but this beauty fits the bill perfectly. A must-have wardrobe staple for any office gal.

White and Navy is always an eye-catching combination, and that is certainly true of the Natasha Dress from Pinup Couture. The oversized white bow also gives it extra vintage oomph.

The Secretary Dress from Dixiefried is available in houndstooth and red, blue and white, or green and black. While not as stretchy and forgiving as the Joanie Dress, the Secretary is just as form fitting and also lets you show off those arms. A better choice during the hot summer months.

The Illusion in Grey dress from Bettie Page Clothing is stunning in its simplicity. Stretchy, comfortable, and available in grey or purple up to size 4x.

So, what about you? Do you love these selections? What are some ways you spice up your work wardrobe with some vintage flair?
